Jenny Lorena Franco M.Ed., LPC

Meet our Founder & CEO

Jenny’s expertise encompasses over 15 years of experience in the USA, Spain, China & Kuwait. Born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in the United States, she has a passion for different cultures. 


She is a graduate of Lehigh University and has been a leader in Child & Family Therapy throughout the world. Jenny's calling is to support and help individuals, children, and their families in developing their best social, emotional, academic, mental, spiritual, and behavioral wellbeing. Her love of helping others, both individually and through this practice,  is rooted in Christ's love for his people. 


As a survivor of childhood trauma  and sexual assault, Jenny understands the pain one must work through to overcome adversity. She is dedicated to making sure others thrive when they feel there is no more hope.

MiKayla Springer M.S

As a graduate of Cairn University, MiKayla’s warm personality exudes empathy for her clients. She strives to make you feel seen, heard and understood.  MiKayla enjoys working with adolescents, college-age, and individuals up to 65 years and older.  MiKayla welcomes individuals looking for help with:


  • Anxiety/Depression       
  • Post-Traumatic Stress 
  • Grief & Loss  


MiKayla’s therapeutic approaches include:

A passion of hers is working with refuges and she hopes to someday counsel refugee women overseas. She enjoys free time with friends and family, reading, baking, growing plants, traveling, and her dog, Coda. She cannot live without coffee, cannolis, or cinnamon rolls.

Sarah Moussa M.A.

As a graduate of Moravian College & Moravian Theological Seminary, Sarah hopes to provide a space of empathy and understanding to all people, especially those who come from different cultures. She enjoys working with adolescents, college-age, and adults. Sarah welcomes individuals looking for help with:

As a first generation American from an immigrant Syrian family and has a passion for working with diverse individuals. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling and immersing in different cultures, being in nature, and reading in her free time. She loves music and enjoys live shows, and spending time with her dog, Nugget.

Kira Silvanus M.Ed.

As a graduate of Lehigh University, Kira’s goal is to provide space for clients to reunite with themselves, integrate their experiences, heal, and try on the new ways of being that inspired coming therapy. Kira focuses on her client's emotions, thoughts, experiences, their relationship with their own self, and generating feelings of insight and safety. She believes that the natural world is the single-most accessible source of healing, balance, and space to just BE, and will hold sessions outdoors when appropriate. Kira works with both children an adults, particularly those looking for help with: 


  • Childhood Depression/Behavioral Health
  • Trauma
  • Depression & Grief
  • Stress & Uncertainty   
  • Anxiety & OCD

When she’s not counseling or in the great outdoors, you might find Kira reading, creating, working on a home improvement project, or sunning her bearded dragon, Pascal.
